About Us
Marcodor Trading was born from the inclination and passion of owner Markus Matti for the fruit and vegetable sector, supported by more than twenty years of experience gained beyond the Gotthard and in Ticino.
Established as a commercial company in 2005 in Gordola, after a few years the premises proved too small and no longer suitable for customers' needs. Therefore we worked to find a location that reflects the evolution of the quantities of goods.
Since 2013 we occupy an area of over 1000 m² in Riazzino mainly used for warehousing and refrigerated cells that comply with current temperature regulations oriented to market needs. The goods are carefully inspected as soon as they are unloaded, in compliance with current quality specifications.

Since 2006 Marcodor Trading manages farms on the Piano di Magadino and in Mendrisiotto, cultivating over 50,000 m² in greenhouses and 110,000 m² in open field. The company optimizes and expands production, leveraging the acquired experience. It collaborates with Swiss producers, particularly Ticino horticulturists, to offer fresh, seasonal products grown with respect for the environment.
